Cancelation Policy

From May 17th

You can cancel a course free of charge and get a refund up to 2 weeks (14 days from the time and date the course starts before arrival otherwise a penalty of 2 weeks will be charged if 2+ weeks are booked or 1 week if 1 week is booked.

- Once courses have started there is no penalty if we are told only during class on their first day it was not a good fit; except in cases where students asked for a letter or document showing they are taking the course in this case fees are non refundable as we have experienced in the past students use such letters as a backup with immigration and then tend to cancel courses ( this does NOT apply to students from the EU, USA, Canada and the UK who requested a letter, in this case they can get a refund as normal).

- If courses are canceled after the first class is finished during their first week,  there is a 1 week penalty unless a letter was requested as expressed above ( this does NOT apply to students from the EU, USA, Canada and the UK who requested a letter, in this case they can get a refund as normal). 

- After 1 week of class we cant provide refunds as we assume students are satisfied with class.

- Non refundable credit can be used for online lessons. - Courses are exchanged for online lessons in case of medical emergency give the student provides proof. Refunds are issued only in the same way and to the same card or payment method as original.
